Deadly failure occurred as a result of experiments in a secretive hospital known as the "Research Health Center" located in Eastern Europe. An evil psychopathic doctor tampered with the formula of the black plague vaccine and clandestinely infected all saline bags with the virus. Within days, a large number of patients were exposed to the virus.

A week later, the infected patients mutated into horrifying monsters - zombies. They brutally attacked and consumed all the doctors within a few hours, leading to a gruesome massacre in the facility. The following day, the hospital was placed under quarantine, surrounded by barbed wire, and left abandoned for several years.

To contain the situation, authorities chose not to disclose it to the public. They faced two options: either destroy the horror hospital, losing the opportunity to study the monsters and investigate the virus, or enlist the help of a specialized agent known as the Liquidator - a vital resource for clearing such nightmarish environments.
